I am interested in collections of objects and how the parts are interrelated both visually and physically. Sculptural knowledge begins with what we know innately about our selves in the physical world. This is the “fabric” of things, the woven and interactive nature of everything.
I began working in sculpture in 1978 at the Ithaca Artists Cooperative; after which I was in Buffalo working out of the Bethune Studio at the University of Buffalo. Other pieces were done in the studios at Suny Cortland, where I was teaching from 20001-2006
